What Are Launch Options?
Launch options are commands added to a game's startup settings to be run directly at the launch of the program. In Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), they are usually used to improve performance, customize graphics, or improve gameplay.
How to Set Launch Options
Follow these steps to add launch options in Steam:

- Open Steam, go to your Library.
- Right-click Counter-Strike 2 and select Properties.
- In the General tab, find the Launch Options field.
- Enter your desired commands (separated by spaces) and close the window.

Yprac Launch Options
-condebug
: Enables the client to read your settings and results from the console when you are playing in the Yprac Hub.
Example: -condebug -console -high
Common CS2 Launch Options
-console
: Enables the developer console (~ key).
-high
: Prioritizes CS2 for CPU usage, usually a good idea.
-noreflex
: Turns off NVIDIA reflex (may improve performance).
-freq 144
: Sets monitor refresh rate (replace "144" with your Hz) (rarely useful).
-fullscreen
: Forces the game to launch in fullscreen-mode. (can reduce input latency, allegedly)
Important Notes
Many commands from CS:GO are outdated in CS2, are no longer functional and should not be used. Using -condebug -console -high
should be sufficient for most users.
