What Are Launch Options?

Launch options are commands added to a game's startup settings to be run directly at the launch of the program. In Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), they are usually used to improve performance, customize graphics, or improve gameplay.

How to Set Launch Options

Yprac Launch Options

-condebug: Enables the client to read your settings and results from the console when you are playing in the Yprac Hub.

Example: -condebug -console -high

Common CS2 Launch Options

-console: Enables the developer console (~ key).

-high: Prioritizes CS2 for CPU usage, usually a good idea.

-noreflex: Turns off NVIDIA reflex (may improve performance).

-freq 144: Sets monitor refresh rate (replace "144" with your Hz) (rarely useful).

-fullscreen: Forces the game to launch in fullscreen-mode. (can reduce input latency, allegedly)

Important Notes

Many commands from CS:GO are outdated in CS2, are no longer functional and should not be used. Using -condebug -console -high should be sufficient for most users.
