1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
A cookie is a tiny data file that resides on your computer and can, for example, allow Yprac to recognize you as a user when you return to our site using the same computer and web browser. You can control how websites use cookies by configuring your browser's privacy settings. If your browser settings do not allow cookies, you may not be able to use the Website. Much like the information you enter at registration, cookies may be used to customize your experience on the Website.
Session CookiesA "session cookie" is temporary and will only remain on your device until you leave the service.
Persistent CookiesA "persistent" cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations across visits. It will generally remain on your device until you delete it.
Third-party CookiesFirst-party cookies are placed by us, while third-party cookies may be placed by a third party. Yprac use both first- and third-party cookies.
Web beaconsInformation may also be collected through web beacons, which are small graphic images ("pixel tags"), which usually work together with cookies in order to identify users and user behavior. These may be shared with third parties.
We may use these and various other technologies for similar purposes as cookies, such as to enforce our terms, prevent fraud, and analyze the use of our service (see section 2 ‘Why we use Cookies’).
2. WHY WE USE COOKIES
While the exact cookies we use in our Services may change, they generally fall into the following usage categories:
Essential cookiesThese cookies are strictly necessary to provide our Services. For example we may use these cookies to authenticate and identify our members when they use our websites and applications so we can provide our Service to them. They also help us to enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud and maintain the security of our Service.
Performance and functionality cookiesThese cookies are not essential, but help us to personalize and enhance your experience. For example, they help us to remember your preferences and prevent you from needing to re-enter information you previously provided. We also use these cookies to collect information, such as popular pages, conversion rates, viewing patterns, click-through and other information, about our visitors' use of the Yprac Services so that we can enhance and personalize the Services and conduct market research.
Yprac does not currently use advertising cookies or similar advertising technologies.
3. HOW TO ADJUST YOUR PREFERENCES
You are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that some features of the Services may function improperly when cookies are disabled or removed. If you do not wish to acknowledge or accept our use of cookies, you may refrain from using the Yprac Services.
